1. How much do your kiosks cost?

All our clients' projects are different, so is yours. In order for us to give you a price indication we would like you to contact us or send your kiosk project information to info@charles-chevalier.com.

2. Where can your kiosks be used?

Although most of our kiosks are developed for inside use, we also have an ATM style kiosk in our range which can be used outside. Most of our kiosks are used within retail environments, on tradeshows and exhibitions and within lobbies of hotels and corporations.

3. Where do you ship and what will this cost?

Charles Chevalier has a global focus and already served clients in more than 12 countries around the globe. Please contact us for enquiries on shipping costs.

4. How do I become a dealer of your products?

We are currently looking for active dealers and partnerships in following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, UK, France and Spain. Interested dealers should contact us to get more information. Interested dealers should know there is a minimal investment needed of € 50.000.00.

5. Can I use kiosks in my companies exhibition stand?

Of course you can use our kiosks at your exhibition stand. Please note however that we test your content for finger friendliness and will only allow working applications to run on our kiosks which have been tested by our team.

6. What are the main markets for kiosks?

In the future kiosks will be used almost everywhere. Most active markets at the moment are ticketing, bill paying, prepaid cards, product information, self-checkout, way-finding, loyalty, registration and gaming.

7. Can interfaces be done in our own corporate style?

All of our applications are designed to be changed easily. This means we can change them into your corporate style in no time. All of our kiosks can also be delivered in your corporate style colours or with embedded logo on the fascias.

8. Is it possible to buy a single unit?

Charles Chevalier supports its clients from idea to realisation of a kiosk project. From a single unit project to dozens of kiosks in a network. Just visit our contact page to get more information.

9. Are your kiosks available for hire?

Since Charles Chevalier founded Rent-a-Kiosk everyone can rent one or more of our kiosks. Please visit the Rent-a-Kiosk website for more information and pricing.

1. How does a touch screen work?

This is a long story we will gladly tell you in our showroom. The story gets even longer since there is a wide variety of different touch screen technology on the market.

2. Can you remotely monitor my kiosk?

Your kiosk can be monitored remotely when it is hooked up with our service network. This also gives you an inside on uptime, usage, sales figures, etc.

3. Do you have to update software with a CD or disk?

When a kiosk is hooked up through the internet to our service network we can remotely update software and content with the click of a mouse, no more walking around with CD's or disks.

4. Can my customers securely browse the wwweb?

We use browser software from Sitekiosk to give your customers the possibility to securely browse the wwweb, send emails, shop and more.

5. What are the peripheral possibilities?

Our kiosks can be equipped with a wide array of peripherals. From stainless steel keyboards to card readers, from ticket printers to biometric fingerprinting. Take a look at our kiosk range and see which options can be chosen from.

6. Does Charles Chevalier develop new software?

Our programmers and designers are constantly working to improve the software we already use and to develop new software to meet our clients demands.

7. Does Charles Chevalier develop new hardware?

Charles Chevalier's department of research and development constantly looks for new ways to improve our hardware.

8. Do I need an internet connection to operate a kiosk?

You don't need an internet connection to operate a kiosk. It is however wise to have your kiosk connected to the internet so it can be monitored and updated round the clock. This also gives you an inside on uptime and gives us to possibility to react when a kiosk goes down.

9. Can I integrate the kiosk in my own network?

We will gladly help you to integrate kiosks in your network.

10. Which software platform is used on the kiosks?

Most of our PC's are equipped with Windows XP Pro. We could consider a Unix or other platform if needed. Feel free to contact us with all your project questions.

11. Can I run my own application on your kiosks?

When renting a kiosk we allways test our customers' content for finger friendliness. If your application passes our test we will gladly install it for you, if not we will workout a change of e.g. the interface to meet our highest standards. We don't want non-working kiosks in the field.

12. Do I need a PC to run a video on a see through screen?

You don't need a PC to run videos on a see through screen. With a flashplayer attached to your beamer it's possible to run videos, demos and more on your see through screen.

13. Can I change the narrow casting play lists?

Through our narrowcasting interface you can change, update and reschedule your playlist for a single unit or the whole network.

14. Does Charles Chevalier only use new hardware?

Charles Chevalier only uses brand new hardware and the latest software.

1. Where can I go to see your products in action?

You can visit our new showroom in the beautiful south of Holland. It is located in Beek close to Maastricht Achen Airport. Another way to see our products in action is to visit Rent-a-Kiosk and locate a kiosk on an exhibition, fair or conference near you. Feel free to contact us to make an appointment to visit our showroom.

2. How do I invest in Charles Chevalier?

Charles Chevalier is allways interested in talking to investors. We usually have several investment opportunities available for review. Please contact us at ir@charles-chevalier.com for more information or visit investments page.

3. Will there be an IPO (Initial Public Offering) soon?

There is no IPO planned for the near future.
